I decided to create the Wicked Web Site Award for those really
outstanding web sites that come along once in a blue moon. If you see that a site is
displaying this award, you can rest assured that it is the best of the best. While I will
never write a review for a mediocre web site, I did think that the really outstanding ones
deserved an award.
